1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during signup including name, email, phone, and company details.
- Lead and customer data you create within the CRM
- Usage data including features used and time on platform
- Device information including IP address and browser type
- Payment information processed securely via Razorpay (we do not store card details)
- WhatsApp Business account details if you connect WhatsApp automation
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the LeadrCRM platform
- Process subscriptions and send billing communications
- Send product updates and important notices
- Respond to support requests
- Analyse usage and improve our product
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian law
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure AWS servers in the Asia-Pacific region. We implement SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and role-based access controls.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and 90 days after termination, after which it is permanently deleted.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay for payment processing
- AWS for cloud hosting
- Meta for WhatsApp Business API
- Analytics providers using anonymised data only
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. To exercise these rights, contact support@geomglobal.com.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian law including the IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act 2023. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
