At Geom Global Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with LeadrCRM. This policy outlines when and how refunds are provided.
1. 14-Day Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required. We encourage thorough evaluation before subscribing.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Full refund available within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied.
After 7 days, no refund is issued for the current billing period. You may cancel to stop future charges.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Full refund within 15 days of payment.
After 15 days, a pro-rata refund for remaining unused months is available (minus ₹500 processing fee) if requested within 60 days.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@geomglobal.com with subject "Refund Request" including:
- Your registered email address
- Company name and account subdomain
- Reason for refund
- Payment reference number
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed in 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued for:
- Requests outside the eligible window
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations
- Add-on services or setup fees
- Subscriptions via third-party resellers
