These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LeadrCRM, operated by Geom Global Solutions. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for LeadrCRM, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have authority to represent your business, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
LeadrCRM is a cloud-based CRM platform for Indian B2B businesses, including lead management, WhatsApp automation, pipeline tracking, quotation generation, reports, and integrations with IndiaMART, JustDial, and TradeIndia.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance in INR. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No credit card required for trial.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or resell the platform
- Violate applicable Indian or international laws
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you create in LeadrCRM. We process it only to provide the service and do not claim ownership.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until end of billing period. Data is retained for 90 days post-termination for export, then permanently deleted.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
